Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday).
- Once dispatched, shipping takes approximately 4-6 working days (Monday - Friday).
- You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Order Cut-Off Time
- Orders must be placed before 17:00 GMT+10:00 (Sydney) to be processed within the stated timeframe.
Delivery Information
- We offer free delivery on all orders within Australia.
Delays
- Your order should arrive within 5-8 working days (Monday - Friday).
- If it hasn’t arrived within this period, please allow an extra 2 working days before reaching out.

Cancellations
- If you need to cancel an order, please email us at info@koavana.com as soon as possible.
- Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has already been prepared for dispatch.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we sincerely apologize.
- Please email photos of the issue to info@koavana.com and we will promptly resolve it by sending you the correct item.
